You will see the gift card code in My Account once the order is paid. The recipient redeems it into their DiscountLane wallet.

Gift card terms
  • No fees. Valid for 10 years from the date it is issued. The expiry date cannot be extended, and any unused balance from the card expires on that date.
  • Redeem it in My Account → Wallet (a free DiscountLane account is needed). The full value is added to your balance and applied automatically at checkout; you pay any remainder by card, Tabby, Tamara or cash on delivery.
  • It cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, exchanged for cash or returned for a refund, and it cannot be used to buy other gift cards. A balance cannot be moved to another account.
  • If you return something you paid for with your balance, that part goes back to your balance, not to cash.
  • Keep your code safe: a lost or stolen code cannot be replaced once it has been redeemed. Tell us quickly and we can block a code that has not been used yet.
  • Only for use on DiscountLane. A gift card purchase cannot be refunded once its code has been issued.

A DiscountLane gift card is a code worth the amount you choose. The recipient enters it in My Account → Wallet (or at checkout) and the full amount moves into their DiscountLane wallet, ready to use on any order.

Gift cards cannot be combined with coupon codes and do not earn loyalty points.
