Dropship Program Terms

Last updated: 8 November 2026. These terms apply between DiscountLane and an approved dropship partner ("you").

1. Approval

Applications are approved by hand. We may refuse or end a partnership at any time, for example for misleading listings, chargebacks or abuse.
You must be a business or a professional seller and give true details.

Your price is our current website price including VAT (sale prices included) minus AED 50.00 per item, unless we agree a better rate with you in writing. It is never below the minimum we set for low-priced items.
The dropship price is a wholesale rate. It cannot be combined with coupons, the purchase reward, wallet or loyalty promotions, referral or affiliate rewards, and dropship orders earn none of them.
Prices change with our website. Each order is charged at the live price shown in your quote at the moment you confirm.
You set your own selling price. You may not advertise prices as "DiscountLane prices" or use our name or logo as if you were DiscountLane.

Orders are paid from your prepaid balance. An order is accepted only if your balance covers products and shipping.
Top-ups by card or bank transfer. The balance is not a bank account, earns no interest and is only used for dropship orders. Unused balance is refunded on request when the partnership ends, minus any amounts you owe.
VAT is included in each order; the top-up itself carries no VAT.

Shipping is charged at cost: UAE AED 25.00 flat per order (1–3 working days); worldwide by DHL Express at the live DHL price.
Import duties and taxes on international orders are paid by Discount Lane; there is nothing to pay on delivery.
You are responsible for a correct, complete delivery address and phone number. A returned or refused parcel may be re-sent at a new shipping cost.

Per order you choose DiscountLane branded packing (with our invoice addressed to your customer, showing your dropship price) or neutral packing (no DiscountLane branding and no prices in the parcel; the packing slip shows your business name). Manufacturer boxes, serial labels and warranty stickers may still show brand names.

Your customer gets a 12-month DiscountLane warranty. Warranty claims and returns follow the DiscountLane returns policy; you handle the first contact with your customer and we handle the item.
Refunds for cancelled, returned or refunded orders go back to your dropship balance.
You may cancel an order yourself within 60 minutes if it has not shipped; after that contact us.

We use your customer's details only to deliver, support and invoice the order, including short "on the way" and "delivered" emails (unbranded, under your business name, for neutral orders). We do not add them to marketing and do not send them promotions.
You confirm you may share your customer's details with us for delivery.

Your feed URLs and API key are private. Keep them secret; you can replace them in your dashboard at any time. Fair use limits apply.

You are an independent reseller, not our agent. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
