Returns
We are committed to customer satisfaction. You are eligible to return a product in the following cases:

In cases where you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the product must be:

Free from any signs of wear, use, or tampering
⚠️ Please Note: For change-of-mind returns, a 15% deduction from the total order amount will be applied as a restocking and handling fee.
Shipping charges (up to AED 150) are non-refundable and will also be deducted if applicable.
If the product has been opened but remains unused and undamaged, the same 15% restocking fee and shipping deductions will apply.
Refunds
If an item is out of stock or fails our internal quality checks before dispatch, we may cancel your order. In such cases:

If paid via online payment, you’ll be refunded via the original payment method.

If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), a bank transfer will be arranged after confirmation.
Refunds are processed once returned items pass inspection. Processing may take a few working days. You will be notified once your refund has been initiated.
Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of any promotional “free shipping” offers on the original order.

Discount Lane FZE is not liable for damage incurred during return shipping. Please use secure packaging when returning items.
Customer Responsibilities

Back up all data before returning any electronic device.

Remove passwords, security locks, and disable features like Find My iPhone (FMI).

Discount Lane FZE is not responsible for data loss or locked devices returned for refund or service.
