Prepay by card or bank transfer. Each order is paid from the balance when you confirm it.

Enter your customer's name and address, choose branded or neutral packing and see the exact shipping before you confirm. Or upload a CSV, or use our API.
We ship it
We pack and ship to your customer and give you the tracking number. UAE in 1–3 working days, worldwide by DHL Express.

Questions
What is the DiscountLane dropship programme?
You sell our renewed and new laptops, phones and tablets in your own shop, social page or marketplace at your own price. When you make a sale you submit the order to us, it is paid from your prepaid DiscountLane balance, and we pack and ship it directly to your customer.
How much do I pay?
Our website price minus AED 50.00 per item, on the current price including VAT (sale prices included). If a product's price changes on our website, your price changes the same day — your price list and feed update automatically. After your first bulk or higher-quantity order we offer better pricing: use "Request better pricing" or contact us.
Can I combine the dropship price with coupons or rewards?
No. The dropship price is a wholesale rate. It cannot be combined with coupons, the AED 21 purchase reward, wallet promotions, referral or any other discount, and dropship orders do not earn rewards or points.
Who can apply?
Resellers, online store owners, social sellers (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp), marketplace sellers and IT suppliers — in the UAE or anywhere in the world. We check every application by hand and usually reply within 1–2 working days.
How does payment work?
You keep a prepaid balance with us. Top it up by card in your dashboard, or by bank transfer (we add it when it arrives). An order is accepted only when your balance covers the products and shipping; the amount is taken from your balance when you confirm.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at cost: UAE AED 25.00 flat per order, delivered in 1–3 working days. Worldwide we ship by DHL Express at the live DHL price for the parcel and address — you see the exact amount before you confirm.
Is the parcel branded DiscountLane?
You choose for every order. "DiscountLane branded": our normal packaging with a DiscountLane invoice addressed to your customer — the invoice shows the price you paid (our website price minus AED 50.00 per item). "Neutral": plain packaging with no DiscountLane branding and no prices in the parcel; the packing slip shows your business name. Set your usual choice in your dashboard.
Does my customer get tracking?
Yes. Tracking appears in your dashboard and API automatically as soon as Quiqup (UAE) or DHL (worldwide) has it, and we email you. Your customer gets a short "on the way" email with the tracking link and a "delivered" email, with no prices: DiscountLane branded for branded orders, or under your business name with no DiscountLane branding for neutral orders.
What warranty does my customer get?
Every item comes with a 12-month DiscountLane warranty for the end customer. Returns and warranty claims follow the DiscountLane returns policy; refunds go back to your dropship balance.
How do I get the product list into my shop?
Your dashboard has a searchable price list and a private feed URL in CSV and Google XML format with your dropship price, stock, images, specifications, condition and product links. It refreshes with our main catalogue, so price and stock changes flow to you automatically. There is also an API for orders and stock / price lookup.
Do you contact my customers?
No marketing, ever. Your customer is not added to our mailing lists and gets no review requests or promotions from us. We only use their details to deliver the order and send the two delivery emails (on the way, delivered).
