Got this for my team lead’s work laptop, we needed something reliable for remote meetings and client work. Unit arrived in good condition, minor wear on the palm rest but nothing that affects typing. Performance is great for multitasking, Teams plus Excel plus a browser full of tabs doesn’t slow it down. FHD screen looks crisp which I appreciated. Battery is a bit short if you’re away from a plug for long trips. The laptop came with no charger cable in the box which was annoying, we had to order one from the shop. Overall solid, but check the box contents before you order.

Works fine but the fan kicks on quite a lot during meetings. Also the charger was a generic one, not Dell brand, which I didn’t like. Screen is nice though.

Battery lasts about 6 hours which is decent for an i7 renewed unit.
