Bought this surface laptop 3 renewed for my daughter who starts uni in september and so far its been a solid buy. touchscreen is crisp and the pen is a real bonus when she takes notes in lectures. performance with the ryzen 5 is smooth for word excel and netflix, dont expect it to run heavy design stuff though. seller graded it carefully, only mark i found was a tiny scuff on the lid corner thats hardly visible. delivery to dubai took about four working days and it came in the original box with a fresh charger. battery is good but not what a new one would give so if she needs a full day away from a plug she should bring the charger. overall happy with the value honestly, would buy again

ryzen 5 handles spreadsheets, browser tabs and teams calls no problem. fan is quiet unless u push it hard on a long video call. battery is ok, gets me most of the working day, charger handy in the office so not a big deal for me. keyboard comfy and trackpad big enough that i stopped missing my mouse after like a week
