Ordered this for my husband’s office in Dubai and he’s been using it daily for about 3 weeks now. It arrived well packed, looked almost new apart from a tiny mark on the bottom that I didn’t mind. Performance is smooth for Outlook, Word and video calls, no lag at all even with several tabs. The screen is bright and sharp enough, keyboard is comfy and the typing feels nice. Battery is the only thing that’s not amazing, he gets around 5 hours instead of the all day he wanted. Still a good buy for the money I think. Customer service answered my WhatsApp fast too, which was a plus. Would recommend for anyone who needs a dependable work laptop.

Laptop itself is fine. The charger it came with is the cheaper type and gets warm, so I bought an original one. Otherwise good for office work.

Battery is good for a renewed unit but not full 100% so i keep charger handy.
