Ordered a ThinkPad-T14-Gen1-AMD-Ryzen5-PRO-4650U for the office in Dubai and wanted to write a proper review because the listing text was thin. The Ryzen 5 PRO chip is quick for email, spreadsheets, video calls and a dozen browser tabs, and the fan stays quiet most of the time. The keyboard is the highlight for me: the keys have a satisfying click, the layout is familiar, and I type faster on this than on my old laptop.
The unit arrived in its original box with the seller stickers still on the lid. The packaging was sealed and nothing had moved around inside. The fourteen inch screen is bright enough for indoor work, though the viewing angles are narrower than I expected. I do not mind the few cosmetic marks, which the seller disclosed in the listing. Delivery to Sharjah took two working days and the tracking updates were accurate the whole way.
I would buy again and recommend it to colleagues who want a dependable business laptop without paying for a new model. My only request is a clearer note on battery health, because mine is decent but clearly not new. Five stars for build quality, keyboard and value.

The ThinkPad keyboard is still the reason I buy these.

Ordered the T14 gen 1 for my first job, its pretty good. the ryzen 5 pro is quick for word excel and about 15 chrome tabs, never really lagged. the keys have that good thinkpad click and the layout is what im used to. arrived in good condition in dubai and the box was packed properly. the lid has a few small marks but the listing said cosmetic wear so no surprise there. delivery took 2 days which was fast. i havent tested the battery much but it lasts a few hours on normal use. decent deal for a student budget.
