Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (Renewed) – Intel Core i5-1135G7, 14″ FHD Business Laptop

I bought this ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 for my own consulting work in Dubai and I have been using it for almost a month now. The Core i5 handles my calls, document editing, Excel models and browser research without any lag. The keyboard is one of the reasons I bought a ThinkPad in the first place, and it has not disappointed. The screen is good enough for long reading sessions, though not the brightest I have seen.

Delivery was the main issue. The estimate was two working days and it took more than a week, mostly sitting in a sorting centre somewhere between Dubai and Ajman. The box arrived slightly crushed and the lid had a faint scratch in the corner that the photos did not show. Battery is weaker than I expected from a renewed unit, and I get just under five hours of normal use. The charger that came with it is a third party brand, and it runs a little hot.

I would give it four stars because the build and keyboard are excellent, but the seller needs to be clearer about battery condition and shipping times. Customer support was polite and offered a small goodwill voucher, which I appreciated. If the battery holds up I would buy again, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a dependable business laptop at a fair price.

ok so the thinkpad t14 gen 2 arrived after 9 days which was really annoying, i had a deadline and the tracking just said in transit for ages. when it finally came to dubai the box was dented on one corner and the lid had a small scratch. the laptop works fine, keyboard is great, the core i5 is not an issue for my work. but the charger is not the lenovo original, it buzzes and gets warm. the battery is not 100 percent either, i get about 5 hours. support said i should be patient. not horrible but i expected better from a renewed one.
