Bought this mostly for the flip into tablet mode, which is why i picked it over the regular ThinkPad. Ordered on a Friday and it came through to Dubai on Monday, so no complaints there. Box was fine, nothing scratched, and the laptop was clean inside too which i wasnt expecting from renewed stock.
In daily use it is quick. Boots fast, the i5 handles chrome with a stupid number of tabs plus zoom calls and a few spreadsheets without the fan going crazy. Keyboard is one of the better ones i have typed on, nice travel and the layout is what you expect from thinkpad. Touchpad is ok, not great, i kept an external mouse plugged in. Screen is bright enough for reading PDFs all day.
Now the not so great stuff. Battery is the weak point. On a normal workday i get four or five hours tops, so if you forget the charger like me you will be sad. The stylus is also laggy when i write fast in onenote, it skips a line now and then. Support answered my email within a day which was good. I would still recommend it for the price, just manage your expectations on battery.

Laptop itself is decent, feels solid and the 2 in 1 mode is handy when i do meetings and need to sketch stuff. My complaint is the charger. It came with the box but the cable is really short, so i cant use it from the sofa at all. Also the screen had a tiny bit of dust under the glass and i had to wait for support to answer before i could ask about it. They did answer eventually and were polite. Battery is ok, not amazing, i get maybe 5 hours if i keep brightness down. Fan gets loud when the browser has too many tabs open. Delivery to Sharjah was on time which was a nice surprise. Overall fine but i expected a bit more for the money, the charger thing really annoyed me.
