Ok so after using this for almost a month i can say it is a solid work laptop. The keyboard is probably the best part, typing for hours is easy and the layout is familiar. Battery lasts around 5 hours which is not amazing but enough for a half day at the office. The screen is ok but dull and the brightness is low, i noticed it most outdoors. Packaging was fine, arrived in Sharjah in 2 days. One issue: the lid had a small scratch when i opened the box, not huge but annoying for the money. Customer support was quick to answer my warranty question, so i feel good about that. Overall i would buy it again but i would check the screen first if you care about brightness.
