Bought this for my accounting work and its doing the job. Battery holds a good chunk of the day which surprised me. Only thing i’d fix is the touchpad a bit too sensitive when typing.

I had a few laptops from DiscountLane before and this is the one that made me stop checking the spec sheet every time. Dell’s business build is solid, the lid doesn’t flex and the hinge is firm. The keyboard is comfy for long coding sessions and the backlit keys are nice when I’m in the car or in a dark meeting room. Battery is good, not amazing, but I get through a regular work day with some charge to spare. Packaging was tidy and no scratches on the chassis. My teammate ordered the same model and had a different experience with the delivery but the customer support sorted it out. Overall value is excellent and it feels like a much more expensive machine.
