bought this e14 gen 1 renewed for my younger brother who studies in abu dhabi and its been a great choice. core i5 handles coursework, online lectures, research and streaming with no issues. 14 inch screen is bright enough for the library and keyboard is comfy for long essays. packaging arrived intact and unit looked barely used. delivery quick and warranty info was clear. battery is fine for a student who keeps the charger handy, laptop starts up fast every time
