I have been using this ThinkPad L14 Gen 3 renewed unit for about six weeks as my main work laptop in Riyadh, so I want to be honest about the good and the less good. The fourteen inch display is clear enough for spreadsheets, and the Core i5 handles my daily mix of email, video calls and big workbooks without fuss. Typing feels exactly like a ThinkPad should, with good key travel and a firm palm area, and the trackpoint buttons are still my favourite part.

The unit arrived well packed and the seller photos were accurate. There is a small mark under the base that I noticed on day one, and it does not affect anything. Battery life is decent but below what I expected: after a full charge I get a little under a working day of video calls at medium brightness. Shipping was slower than the estimate because the parcel sat in a Riyadh depot for almost four days with only a generic status on the tracking page.

Overall I am happy with it for the price and I would recommend it to someone who needs a sturdy business laptop and accepts a renewed device. I would ask the seller to state the battery condition more clearly and to include an official charger, since the one in the box was unstable with the laptop. Four stars from me for now, and I will update if the battery holds up over the next few months.

Clean ThinkPad feel, and the keyboard is still the best in its class.

ok so the laptop came to sharjah 4 days late which was annoying, i had a client call monday and it was sitting at a sorting centre. courier kept saying out for delivery and then nothing for 2 days lol. when it arrived the screen is fine and the lid has one tiny scratch in the corner, i can live with that. BIG issue is the charger, its a generic brand not the lenovo one in the box and it gets warm when charging so i bought a proper one. battery also drains faster than i expected for a renewed unit and sometimes it takes a few sec to wake up from sleep. overall its a solid business laptop once the delivery stuff is sorted but be careful with the accessories thats all i’m saying.
