Upgraded from a much older laptop for my design course and this ThinkPad has been a big step up. The box was sealed with the charger and a cloth bag, nice touch. Keyboard is the reason I bought it and it is really comfortable for long essays, I type faster than before. Screen is FHD and sharp enough, a bit reflective near windows though. Battery gives me about five hours on a normal day of lectures and browsing, which is good for renewed. Performance is quick with lots of tabs. Support answered my question about the warranty on WhatsApp straight away. Recommend for students.

Laptop is good but the screen is a bit dull and the battery is at about 4 hours. Delivery was delayed by two days but shop kept me updated.
