Consigliato!

Battery is weaker than i hoped but the keyboard makes up for it.

Chegou rápido a Abu Dhabi e vinha muito bem protegido. O teclado é confortável e a máquina aquece pouco.

I have been using this Latitude for about 6 weeks for work. Honestly it is one of the nicer business laptops i have had, it is light and stays cool on my lap, which i really appreciate. Windows 10 Pro is set up clean, no junk preinstalled, and the SSD makes everything feel snappy. The keyboard has a nice feel and the layout works well for long emails. The screen is sharp enough for spreadsheets. Packaging came in a plain box with a little padding, it arrived in Riyadh in 4 days. I gave it a 5 because it has done everything i needed without any hiccups so far.

I wanted to write a proper review because this was my first time buying a renewed laptop and i was nervous. Ordered on a Monday, it reached my flat in Dubai on Thursday, so the delivery was faster than i expected. The box was not fancy but everything was protected, no dents, no broken corners, and the laptop looked very clean when i opened it.
The Latitude is light and quiet for most of the day. I use it for emails, zoom, google sheets and a couple of pdfs open at once and it never freezes. The keyboard is really comfortable for long typing sessions, and the backlit keys are handy in the evening. Battery is the only thing that is a bit meh, i get around 4 hours on a good day, so i keep the charger in my bag at the office. The screen is decent, not the brightest in the world, but text is sharp and the colours are fine for a work machine.
Support answered my question about the warranty within a few hours and they were very polite, which i appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this to someone who needs a reliable everyday work laptop and does not care about gaming. If you are like me and worried about buying refurbished, read the description carefully and check the condition details before you pay. Happy with my purchase overall!
