works great for excel and zoom, the fingerprint reader is a nice touch.

Replacement for my old work laptop and this one is way nicer. The Ryzen runs cool for most of the day and the screen is bright enough for outdoor meetings. Headphone jack and USB ports are all there which i liked. Arrived in Dubai in 3 days, box was fine.

Our office got 6 of these refurbished and honestly they run like new. I’m the IT guy for a small accounting firm so I’ve set up a few already, all of them boot fast and the Windows update went smooth. Screen is sharp enough for spreadsheets and the keyboard is solid. Only one unit had a small scratch on the bezel which I flagged to the team and they sorted it fast with a replacement. HP build quality is what you’d expect, feels sturdy in the bag. Packaging was careful, each one individually wrapped. Delivered to Abu Dhabi in about a week. Nice value. Would order again and I’ll keep recommending DiscountLane to clients.
